Preconstruction, done by the afternoon

Plans in. A signed proposal out.

Terranas reads the plan set, drafts the estimate line by line and puts a proposal in your brand in front of the client for signature. When the drawings change, it shows what changed.

How it works

  1. Drop the drawings in

Upload the PDF plan set. Terranas sorts the sheets, reads the notes and schedules, and knows when there are no stamped plans yet and the conversation is the scope.

  2. Price it line by line

The scope becomes a CSI estimate you edit as you go, with your own unit costs suggested where they fit and the rulings that shaped it kept on the record.

  3. Send it for signature

A proposal in your brand, edited live in the client's view, signed on their phone. When the scope moves, the next revision shows what moved and what it cost.

Three plans, each does more for you

All the details

Starter

from $99 a month

The solo GC or estimator without a CM platform.

Plans in, a branded proposal out, signed, with revisions that show what changed. You do the sending.

Pro

from $249 a month

The preconstruction office with Structur or another CM platform.

Starter, plus Terranas does the sending and the chasing for you: RFIs, bid packages, selections, change orders, one push to Structur.

Studio

from $499 a month

The firm that wants the machine to measure.

Pro, plus the machine measures and judges: the QC viewer, and the takeoff plate on the proposal.

One seat included on every plan. Add people per seat. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of new projects, and a flat rate for each one past it.

Built in a contractor’s office

Terranas comes out of Snyder Constructors, a commercial general contractor in Littleton, Colorado. It prices Snyder’s own bids first, so what you get is what an estimator reached for on a real job, not a feature list.
