- What counts as a project?
- A project counts once, when you create it. Revisions, a new drawing set on the same job, a regeneration and a change order all stay inside that one project.
- What happens when I pass my monthly allowance?
- Nothing stops. Each project past the allowance is $25 on any plan, and the allowance resets on the first of the month.
- Do I need a construction management platform?
- No. Starter takes a plan set in and puts a signed proposal out, and every estimate exports as a spreadsheet you can load anywhere. Pro adds the one-click push to Structur.
- Who sees my drawings and my numbers?
- Your company. Your workspace is yours, and nothing you measure or price leaves it. Sharing measurements with the wider Terranas corpus is a switch in Settings, off by default, dated per project when you turn it on.
- Do my clients need an account to sign?
- No. A client opens the private link you send, reads the proposal in your brand and signs on their phone. When a newer version replaces it, the old link stops accepting signatures.
- Can I add my team?
- Yes. One seat is included on every plan, and each additional person is $49 a month on any plan.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. A yearly plan is two months free: ten months of the monthly price, billed once.
- How do I cancel?
- Email us and the plan ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Your proposals, estimates and signed documents stay downloadable.
- Who makes Terranas?
- Snyder Constructors LLC, a commercial general contractor in Littleton, Colorado. Terranas runs Snyder's own bids first.
